Getting ready for EMDR?

If you have suffered a trauma, you may want to heal the symptoms via therapy and EMDR.  EMDR is a method that uses bilateral sounds, visual moves or touches (hands, knees, or shoulders - with client's permission - of course) to deal with leftover sensations, thoughts and feelings caused by the trauma event.  EMDR is a technique that has been proven scientifically to work in reducing triggers, sensations and the distress of the trauma.
